The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jasonn swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Robinson.
Robinson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Robinson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jasonn's guard.
Jasonn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Robinson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Robinson wants to control but Jasonn is keeping him busy.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Cornelius Robinson.

Robinson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Jasonn is looking to improve his position but Robinson isn't that keen on the idea.

Robinson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jasonn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Robinson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Robinson in particular looking to stall.

Jasonn stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jasonn wants it to stay on the feet.

Robinson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jasonn, who protects the arm well.

Cornelius Robinson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Robinson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Jasonn is not content to let Robinson control the position.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Robinson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jasonn knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Robinson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jasonn's guard.

Robinson is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Robinson hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
