Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Comrie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aditya Gupta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gupta has chosen snoop dogg gangsta do as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gupta avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Comrie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gupta's waist but Gupta gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Comrie off to one side.
Gupta throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Gupta rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Comrie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

so Comrie counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Gupta is kicking away at Comrie from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Comrie grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a heel hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Gupta trying to push Comrie off... Gupta taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
