PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Satoshi Kajiwara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Diego Gonzales!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kajiwara throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

It looks like Diego Gonzales has been cut.
Kajiwara tries to close the distance and clinch but Gonzales swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Gonzales digs a good hook to Kajiwara's body.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kajiwara looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kajiwara ducks right into an uppercut from Gonzales.
Gonzales throws a hook to the side of Kajiwara's head but Kajiwara sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

I would just about give that final round to Diego Gonzales.
