Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Norris Steinmayer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Janus Cross!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steinmayer scores with a nice right hand.
Cross shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cross showed some decent athleticism there.
Steinmayer is trying to stand up here but Cross is controlling him well.
Cross is looking for a kimura but Steinmayer is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Cross to get the leverage.
Cross prevents Steinmayer from improving his position.
Steinmayer is trying to maintain the position but Cross is very close to passing his half guard.
Cross is taking a breather. Steinmayer says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Steinmayer is trying to stand.
Steinmayer knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cross on the ground.
Steinmayer tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Steinmayer wants to control but Cross is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Cross seems to be looking for submissions.
Steinmayer tries to get to full guard but Cross has control of the leg.
Cross stops Steinmayer from getting back to his feet.
Cross has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Steinmayer is trying to stand.
Cross has hold of Steinmayer's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Steinmayer manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Cross looks gassed!
Steinmayer is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Cross with shots to the head and body - Steinmayer looks very uncomfortable down there.
Cross is working for a guillotine from mount but Steinmayer frees his head quite easily.

Steinmayer's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cross is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Steinmayer is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Steinmayer flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Cross anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Steinmayer and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Cross slips an arm under Steinmayer chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Cross has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Cross is squeezing on Steinmayer like an anaconda would it's prey. Steinmayer fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
