PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Spencer Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arnold Vegh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vegh has chosen Linkin Park- The catalyst as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Spencer Fisher!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Arnold Vegh!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fisher feints and as Vegh raises his hands in defense, Fisher changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Vegh is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Spencer Fisher.
I think Vegh has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
