Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Je shoots for a double leg takedown but Glove sprawls well. He's pushed Je's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Je shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Glove as he avoids it easily.

Je closes the distance and clinches.
Je tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Glove just stands there and leans against the cage.
Je tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Glove gets through Je's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Je has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Glove is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Je.
Je might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Je manages to get back to half guard.

Glove stands up and beckons Je to join him on the feet.
Glove lands a nice hook to Je's body. Je takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Glove is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Je changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Glove tries to avoid it but Je manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Glove to the ground. Glove escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Glove throws a combination. Je tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Je looks to land a combination. Glove sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Je on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Je closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Good leg kick by Glove there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Glove has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Je throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Je throws a half hearted mid kick.
A jab from Glove finds it's way through Je's defenses.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Je tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Glove paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Dynamite Glove showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Je looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Glove is fending him off so far but Je persists. Nope, Glove circles away and we're back to standing.
Glove lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Glove.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Glove, as that shot connected.

Je misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Glove uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Je shoots in and drives through. Glove sprawls well.

Glove feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Je sprawling to the canvas! Je rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Glove finish him?!
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Glove scores with a counter punch that sends Je to the canvas! Glove smells blood - he's punishing Je with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Je has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
