The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Eric Northman wasn't active enough on the ground.

Seamon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Northman sprawls well. Northman wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Seamon gets slowly back to his feet.

Eric Northman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Seamon crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Northman - the referee stops the clock and Seamon gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Northman. Seamon manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Seamon shoots in looking for a takedown but Northman manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Seamon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
