Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Franz Piil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Redd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Redd has chosen We Will Rock You as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Piil closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Piil lands in his opponent's guard.

Redd has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Piil doesn't defend quickly enough and Redd has managed to lock this one up! Can Piil escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Redd on a fantastic submission victory.

In his post fight interview, Jake Redd started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
