The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ishikawa takes the fight into the clinch.

Ishikawa doesn't have the hooks in and Parks manages to turn into his guard.

Ishikawa had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Parks is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ishikawa Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Parks's back instead.

Ishikawa controlling the position well here. Parks rolled but Ishikawa kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Ishikawa has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Parks has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Ishikawa has got one arm under Parks's chin. This could be trouble... Parks trying to control the other hand but Ishikawa gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Parks has tapped out! The fight is over!
