Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Speck Trum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nunzio Romano!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Anthony Taglia and Russell Pearce.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trum stuffs the takedown attempt from Romano. Romano gets slowly back to his feet.

Romano decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Romano has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Trum's face.
Trum bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Trum moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Romano has worked his arm free - good work by Romano!

Trum is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Romano knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

That was a close second round but I would say that Speck Trum will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Nunzio Romano comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Romano has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
