Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michal Karpecny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guil Ribeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ribeiro comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Run This Town kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Michal Karpecny is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Guil Ribeiro!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Steve Montenegro and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribeiro tries to clinch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Karpecny connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ribeiro momentarily.
Ribeiro tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Karpecny swivels and escapes.
Karpecny throws a right hand that Ribeiro ducks under and follows up with a left that Ribeiro also avoids with ease.
Karpecny leaves Ribeiro with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Karpecny lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
