Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pete Schwetty!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schwetty takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Walker takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Walker shoots for a takedown but Schwetty saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Schwetty thows a body shot but no joy.
Walker avoids the body shot from Schwetty.
Walker fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Schwetty loads up on a big right hand but Walker slips the punch.
Walker looks to land a combination but Schwetty avoids it well.
Walker ducks under a wild hook from Schwetty.
Walker scores with a sloppy right hand. Schwetty should have avoided that one.
Schwetty throws a body punch but Walker moves out of range.
Schwetty misses with a low kick.
Walker lands the left hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Schwetty moves into range and connects with a jab.
Walker throws a body punch but Schwetty moves out of range.
Walker lands a slapping body shot.
Walker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Schwetty but Schwetty pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Schwetty misses with a low kick.

Schwetty lands a big right hand that sends Walker crashing to the mat! Schwetty stays standing though and waves Walker back to his feet!

It looks like Stevie Walker has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oh Walker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Schwetty cracks Walker with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Walker tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Schwetty pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Walker is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pete Schwetty!
