Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ringo Spar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Bakreek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Spar might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to i Get Knocked Down, But i Get Up Again. Jeff Bakreek has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ringo Spar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jeff Bakreek!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bakreek throws a nice looking combination but Spar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Spar shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bakreek napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Bakreek is looking for a sweep.
Bakreek is letting Spar control him for a moment.
Bakreek tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Bakreek dodges the ground and pound from Spar.
Bakreek is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Spar asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The ground and pound from Spar seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Spar has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Spar throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bakreek's waist but Bakreek gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Spar off to one side.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Spar darts in looking for a takedown but Bakreek gets double underhooks and turns Spar into the cage.

Ringo Spar overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Spar postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Spar tries to score with some ground and pound. Bakreek controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Spar lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Oh Spar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bakreek leaves Spar with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Spar shoots in looking for a takedown. Bakreek tries to sprawl out of it but Spar keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bakreek manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bakreek circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Spar to the canvas! Spar doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Bakreek keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jeff Bakreek!
Post fight, an emotional Jeff Bakreek said 'Who in here wants to see more knock outs? I'm coming to give the fans what they want and score some bonus money while I'm at it'.
