Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eli Armis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rajon Rondo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Armis's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Mortal Kombat Theme. Rondo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Cassidy - Rondo kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Eli Armis has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Rajon Rondo!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armis thuds his right hand into Rondo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Armis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rondo circles away.
Armis lunges at Rondo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Rondo's hand.
Armis looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rondo is fending him off so far but Armis persists. Nope, Rondo circles away and we're back to standing.
Armis shoots in for a double leg but Rondo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eli Armis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Armis lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Armis chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rondo can pounce on him.
Armis throws a right and a left that Rondo avoids nicely.
Rondo chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Nice shot lands for Rondo.
Rondo feints and then cracks Armis's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Armis down.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Armis.
Nice uppercut lands for Rondo. That snapped Armis's head back.
Rondo darts in and clinches Armis up against the cage.
Armis tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rondo smiles and moves away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rondo clinches up against the cage.
Rondo lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Armis tries to pull guard but Rondo won't allow it.
Rondo lands with a light punch inside.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Armis.
Rondo lands a right hand.
Rondo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Armis pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rondo fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Armis on the side of the head.
Armis misses with a hook. Rondo ducked under it nicely.
Rondo on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Rondo connects with an inside leg kick.
Armis drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
A control attempt from Rondo but he's now mounted!
Armis controlling the pace for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Armis tries to control but Rondo wriggling away.
Rondo has given up his back. Will we see Armis going for some submissions?
Rondo trying to control but not successfully.

Rondo is really stuck here.
Armis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Rondo just trying to survive but Armis is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Rondo won't enjoy being in this position. Armis looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Rondo is tapping - it's over boys! Armis picks up the submission victory!
