The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magalhaes keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Dudek got a little sloppy there for a moment and Magalhaes has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dudek has managed to get both his arms back between Magalhaes's legs - danger averted.
Magalhaes looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Dudek puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Magalhaes jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dudek walks away with a smile on his face. Magalhaes gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Magalhaes does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Magalhaes shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Dudek checks a leg kick.
Dudek tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Magalhaes manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Magalhaes shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dudek lands a left and a right that send Magalhaes crashing to the mat, dazed. Dudek thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Magalhaes on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Magalhaes shoots in looking for a takedown. Dudek tries to sprawl out of it but Magalhaes keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dudek manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Dudek drops Magalhaes with a big knee straight up the middle! Magalhaes is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Look low, kick high! Dudek uses the oldest trick in the book to send Magalhaes tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Dudek is absolutely delighted - when Magalhaes wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
