The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamerlan is looking to clinch.

Tamerlan forces Hui back against the cage and clinches.

Tamerlan gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Hui avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Tamerlan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Tamerlan wants to control from the top but Hui keeps moving.

Hui had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tamerlan defends it easily.
Hui pulls Tamerlan in to control the position.
Tamerlan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hui is keeping the position for now.
Tamerlan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Hui avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
