The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia throws a head kick that misses.
Chunqiao shoots in but Garcia avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Chunqiao counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Garcia is trying to control but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Chunqiao is looking for a kimura but Garcia is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Chunqiao to get the leverage.
