Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFinnigan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Caine.
Caine turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
McFinnigan moves out of range of the body kick from Caine.
McFinnigan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Caine moves away.
McFinnigan misses with a straight right.
Caine defending well as McFinnigan loads up on a big left hand.
McFinnigan throws a sloppy head kick and Caine moves out of range easily.
Caine has a takedown stuffed.
McFinnigan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Caine has taken the fight to the clinch.
Caine blocks an uppercut.
Caine doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
McFinnigan works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Caine looks winded!

McFinnigan lands a hook that snaps the head of Caine backwards.
It looks like Caiaphas Caine has been cut.
A short body shot lands from McFinnigan as the two fighters clinch.
McFinnigan working some nice short punches in the clinch.
McFinnigan throws a punch but it's blocked by Caine.
A nice right hand lands inside from McFinnigan.
McFinnigan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

McFinnigan looks for the body kick but Caine saw that one coming.
McFinnigan misses with a low kick.
McFinnigan misses with an attempted mid kick.
McFinnigan misses with a body shot.
Caine misses with a low kick.
McFinnigan throws a hook but Caine avoids it easily.
McFinnigan lands a nice hook to Caine's body. Caine takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
McFinnigan lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Caine cracks McFinnigan with a right hand to the side of the head.
Caine with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling McFinnigan to score with a decent uppercut.
That has opened up Caiaphas Caine's cut even more.
McFinnigan looks for the body kick but Caine saw that one coming.
McFinnigan attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Caine ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McFinnigan moves away.
McFinnigan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McFinnigan throws a predictable looking body shot
and Caine counters with a low kick, right behind McFinnigan 's knee.

McFinnigan throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Mickey McFinnigan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Caine misses with a hook. McFinnigan ducked under it nicely.
Mickey McFinnigan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Caine just misses with a punch to the body.
McFinnigan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Caine was well out of range. Poor timing from McFinnigan.
McFinnigan looks to score with a jab to the body but Caine is just out of range.
McFinnigan misses with a low kick.
McFinnigan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
McFinnigan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
McFinnigan is looking to wear down Caine with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Caine scores with a decent looking hook.
McFinnigan connects with an inside leg kick.
Good work by Caine as he checks the leg kick.
Donk. McFinnigan catches Caine right on the button with a cross.
Caine tried to score with a low kick but McFinnigan checks it.
Caine bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
McFinnigan wants to control but Caine postures up.
McFinnigan tries to improve position but can't.

McFinnigan is trying to control Caine's posture but Caine avoids it.
Caine is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. McFinnigan looks calm but he's in trouble here. Caine gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. McFinnigan is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Caine lets go of the hold and McFinnigan can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Caiaphas Caine!
Caiaphas Caine very nearly forgot to thank KAISER amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
