Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ipod Apple (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brett Strong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brett Strong will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Apple gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Strong to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Strong drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Strong jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Strong drops back looking for a leg! Apple is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Apple manages to kick Strong off! Strong jumps back into Apple's guard.
Apple utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Strong controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Strong wants to get up but he can't break Apple's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Apple knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Strong on the ground.

Strong avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Strong's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Strong advances position into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Apple tries to escape but Strong is in control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Apple tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Strong wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Strong in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Apple is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
