Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chad Slone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Prior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chad Slone looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chad Slone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shane Prior!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Prior gets a double leg takedown into Slone's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Prior wants to control from the top but Slone keeps moving.

Prior postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Slone is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Prior, into his guard.
Prior is pulling down on Slone's head to control his posture.

Prior working for a triangle but Slone defends it easily.
Prior wants to control the position but Slone says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Prior is looking to improve his position.

Slone stands up out of the half guard.

Prior shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Slone tries to get to full guard but Prior has control of the leg.

Prior content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Prior winds up and cracks Slone with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Prior throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Well, if Prior is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Prior lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Prior throwing shots but Slone is blocking nicely.
Prior takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Slone is not content to let Prior control the position.
Prior works his way into full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slone is bucking up trying to escape but Prior cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Prior fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Slone is breathing heavily.
Prior lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Prior raining down hammerfists from mount.
Prior trying to control but he's not successful this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Slone is in a horrible position here. Prior smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Prior scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Slone?
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Prior lands a big shot there that rocks Slone but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Prior walks into a jab.
Slone throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Prior shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Prior showed some decent athleticism there.
Prior drops an elbow to the side of Slone's head.
Slone avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Prior.
Slone won't allow Prior to pass to mount.
Prior is nestled in close to Slone, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Prior with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Prior is trying to control. Slone wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Prior wants to work for an arm triangle but Slone is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Prior throws a strike but Slone avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Prior makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Prior lands a couple of digs.
Slone preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Slone keeping moving, preventing Prior from controlling successfully.

Prior passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Prior is working Slone over with some ground and pound from side control.
Prior has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Prior has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Prior should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Prior works to advance to full mount. Slone defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Shane Prior showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Slone tried to score with a low kick but Prior checks it.

Prior looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Prior connects with a nice short shot to Slone's temple.
Prior looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Slone with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Prior passes the guard and advances to mount!
Prior lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Prior wants to control the pace but Slone is squirming around nicely.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
BOOM! Prior connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Slone is rocked!
Prior looking to finish Slone with some ground and pound. This is bad for Slone!
Oh Slone is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Prior postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Slone badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Prior around the waist but Prior pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Prior is the winner by TKO! Prior jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
