Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Almaz Method (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dobryak Tolstyak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Almaz Method!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dobryak Tolstyak!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tolstyak tests Method's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Method shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tolstyak pinned against the cage. Tolstyak gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tolstyak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Method tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tolstyak sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Method somewhat.

Tolstyak forces Method back against the cage and clinches.
Tolstyak avoiding damage.
Still in the clinch, Tolstyak scores with a nice short uppercut.
Method taking a breather.
Method is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tolstyak to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Almaz Method. That's going to take a lot out of him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Method is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tolstyak gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Method jumps guard but Tolstyak turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Tolstyak lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Tolstyak lands a damaging elbow.

It looks like Almaz Method has been cut.
Tolstyak lands an elbow inside that Method shrugs off.
Tolstyak lands a nice elbow.

Method is rocked!
A nice left hand lands by Tolstyak.
Oh Method is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Method tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tolstyak just stands there and leans against the cage.
Method seems to have got his legs back now.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Tolstyak.
Tolstyak lands an elbow that stopped Method in his tracks for a moment.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Tolstyak creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Method fails to pull guard.
Method jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tolstyak walks away with a smile on his face. Method gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Tolstyak misses with the combination.

Dobryak Tolstyak decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
