Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bud Diesel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Augello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel shoots and misses
and Augello counters with a straight right hand.
Augello displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Diesel .

Diesel changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Augello looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Diesel throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Diesel is trying to get an arm triangle but Augello is defending well.

Diesel is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Augello is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Diesel has control of an arm but Augello manages to advance to Diesel 's back!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Augello's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Diesel is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Augello doesn't have the hooks in and Diesel manages to turn into his guard.
Augello pulls Diesel in close to his closed guard and prevents Diesel from doing any damage or advancing position.
Augello is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by James Augello.
Diesel fails with the takedown
and Augello counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bud Diesel . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Augello connects with a leg kick. Diesel looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Augello connects with a jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Diesel throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Augello's waist but Augello gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Diesel off to one side.
Horrible takedown by Diesel or perhaps it was just good defense by Augello which made him look bad.
Diesel looks to land a body kick but Augello moved away.

Diesel is thwarting Augello's attempts to control the position.

Augello scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Diesel manages to mount him!
Augello is in all sorts of trouble here.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Diesel cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Diesel sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Augello taps out!
