The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bomb lands with an uppercut that bounces Tappura off the cage and back into range.
Tappura connects with a solid leg kick.
Bomb tries a head kick but it misses.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bomb checks a leg kick.
Bomb throws a leg kick
and Tappura counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tappura misses with a kick to the body.
Bomb goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Bomb throws a leg kick but Tappura moved away.
A chopping leg kick lands by Tappura.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bomb slips a jab and a cross from Tappura.
Bomb throws a front kick aimed at Tappura's knee but Tappura avoids it well.
Bomb throws a low kick but Tappura moves out of range easily.
Bomb misses with the body kick
and Tappura cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tappura works over Bomb's head and body with a nice combination.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tappura.
Bomb ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tappura moves away.
Tappura takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Bomb blocks a leg kick.
Bomb misses with a two punch combination.
Tappura blocks a head kick by Bomb.
Tappura waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bomb.
Bomb takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Tappura misses with a wild combination.
Bomb misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tappura.
Bomb lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bomb jabs at Tappura's body.
Tappura lands with a kick to the temple. Bomb shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Tappura throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bomb stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bomb scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tappura throws a body kick that misses.
Bomb is looking to land body kicks.
Tappura throws a right hand that Bomb ducks under and follows up with a left that Bomb also avoids with ease.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bomb connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Tappura! He's out on his feet! Bomb rushes in and drops Tappura with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
