PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Les Sobrante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Hersha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sobrante comes to the cage accompanied by Primus - Fisticuffs. On his way into the cage it seems that Les Sobrante has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Les Sobrante seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hersha decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Sobrante looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Hersha is looking to advance position but Sobrante won't allow it.
Sobrante tries to get to full guard but Hersha has control of the leg.
Hersha stops Sobrante from getting back to his feet.

Sobrante looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Hersha got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sobrante has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hersha has managed to get both his arms back between Sobrante's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Sobrante has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Hersha should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Sobrante has tightened it up now! Hersha should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
