Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Lind (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Halt Crowley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lind comes to the cage accompanied by DJ Quicksilver - Ameno. Crowley has chosen Crank That - Soudja Boy as his entrance music. Jake Lind has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lind closes the distance and clinches.
Crowley takes an elbow to the forehead.
Lind misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Crowley.

Lind has hold of one of Crowley's legs. Crowley is fighting the takedown attempt but Lind gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Lind stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Crowley swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Crowley tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Crowley has control of Lind's left arm, preventing Lind from doing any damage.
Lind will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Crowley should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Lind trying to control but Crowley is working from the bottom.

Crowley has his foot on Lind's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lind works his way back into a safe position though.

Lind gets to his feet. Crowley looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Crowley avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lind shoots in but Crowley avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lind tests Crowley's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lind fails in his attempt to clinch.
Lind scores with a three punch combo!

Crowley darts in and clinches Lind up against the cage.
Crowley blocks the elbow strike.

Lind breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Crowley gets the takedown into side control.

Lind knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Crowley on the ground.

Crowley decides to stand back up. Crowley steps back and let's Lind get back to his feet.
Lind is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Lind drives through and clinches with Crowley against the cage.
Lind takes a shot to the head.
Lind wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Crowley doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Crowley is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Lind is trying to maintain a safe position but Crowley gets an underhook and turns Lind into the cage.

Crowley drags the fight down to the ground.
Lind with a flurry of punches that miss.

Crowley seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Crowley uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Lind trying to hold on to Crowley's head to control him but Crowley postures up.

Lind is looking to improve his position.
Crowley is controlling the pace.
Crowley is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Halt Crowley dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Lind tries to close the distance and clinch but Crowley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

and Crowley counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Lind!

Crowley looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Crowley's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Lind tries to control Crowley's body but Crowley pushes him off. Lind squirms to his side and now Crowley has his back!

Crowley is cranking Lind's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Lind! He's tightened the choke and Lind is tapping out!
