Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Randy Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nathan Young told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Randy Cook!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nathan Young!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Cook fails to land with a series of punches.

Cook moves into the clinch.

Young breaks from the clinch.

Young changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cook looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Young tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Cook is trying to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Young misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Cook really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Cook wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Cook can't do much from the bottom here.

Young is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Cook is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Young is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Cook's shoulder. That is not cool.
Cook is trying to improve his position.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Young is working Cook over with some ground and pound from side control.
Young scores with a couple of short elbows.

Young is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Cook looks calm but he's in trouble here. Young gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Cook is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Young lets go of the hold and Cook can pop his arm back in it's socket.
