Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sherman Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tank has chosen Ain't no grave gonna hold my body down. as his entrance music. Sherman Tank has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jonathan Jones's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jonathan Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sherman Tank!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Tank shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Sherman Tank seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tank changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Tank manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Jones. No joy for Tank on that attempt.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Jones fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Tank checks it well.

Sherman Tank has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jones is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jones, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
