PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dis Styxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Polo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Styxx kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Snoop Dogg: Gin & Juice. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polo keeps the fight on the outside.

It looks like Marco Polo has been cut.
Polo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Styxx moves away.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Styxx tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Polo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Polo feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Styxxs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Polo throws a right hand that Styxx ducks under and follows up with a left that Styxx also avoids with ease.
Polo shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Styxx eats them both and turns towards Polo to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Polo lands a left hand that snaps the head of Styxx backwards.
Styxx tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Polo smiles and moves away.
Styxx swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Polo rattles Styxx with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Styxx tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Polo dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Styxx stiff and motionless on the mat!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Marco Polo!
