Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dawid Paluch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Sin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xavier Sin is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dawid Paluch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Xavier Sin!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sin shoots in looking for a takedown. Paluch tries to sprawl out of it but Sin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Paluch manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sin tries to close the distance and clinch but Paluch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sin misses with a takedown attempt - Paluch sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Paluch closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Paluch tries to stand but Sin is controlling his head.

Paluch thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Paluch is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sin knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Sin is trying to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sin struggling a bit here.
Sin tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Sin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Paluch. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Paluch is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Sin will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Paluch's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Sin tries to improve position but can't.
Paluch wants to stand but Sin has his arm trapped.
Sin is looking to regain half guard here but Paluch keeps moving and retains side control.
Paluch moves into full mount!

Sin is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Sin is still trying to improve position.
Sin looks winded!
Paluch raining down shots from the mount!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sin tries to control Paluch's body but Paluch pushes him off. Sin squirms to his side and now Paluch has his back!
Paluch controlling well, preventing Sin from escaping the position.
Paluch lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Paluch.
Paluch gets his hands free as Sin looks to control.
Sin is really stuck here.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Paluch is working for a rear naked choke. Sin is not defending it well and Paluch has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Sin refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Sin's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
