It looks like Doug Hoskins has been cut.
Fry throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fry lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Hoskins up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Fry from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Hoskins's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mario Fry!
An out of breath Mario Fry thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
