The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Landa misses with a series of wild punches.
Landa comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
We've been told by Cid's head coaches at Kelley Fighting Systems that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Landa wants to clinch up but Cid keeps it at a distance.
Cid cracks Landa with an open hand slap.
Cid lands with a thumping leg kick.
Cid throws a jab when Landa was well out of range.
Landa throws a leg kick which misses Cid's front leg but catches the back leg as Cid tries to avoid it.
Cid is looking to slow Landa down with leg kicks.

Landa tries for a takedown but Cid sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Cid fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Landa on the side of the head.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Landa has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Landa shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cid defends it nicely.
Cid shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
