Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Chalmers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chalmers manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Frank King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Frank King hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Chalmers bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps King's head backwards.
Horrible takedown by King or perhaps it was just good defense by Chalmers which made him look bad.

Well King has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
