PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Mosley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Lovett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mosley kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Bring Da Pain. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mosley tries a low kick but Lovett avoids it.
Mosley stuffs the takedown.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mosley throws a big right hand that misses.
Lovett wants to improve his position but instead Mosley has moved into half guard.

Mosley darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Lovett chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mosley can pounce on him.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lovett shoots in looking for a takedown. Mosley tries to sprawl out of it but Lovett keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mosley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lovett uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mosley.

That was a close second round but I would say that Shane Mosley will probably get the nod.
