Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Giovanni Pannucio!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLean lands a nice shot that snaps Pannucio's head back.
Pannucio shoots in and bounces McLean off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
McLean looking for a sweep. Not yet McLean, not yet.
Pannucio is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Pannucio throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as McLean works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pannucio connects with a couple of short punches.
McLean wants to sweep here but Pannucio controlling him for the moment.
McLean is working hard here to advance position.
Pannucio drops back looking for a leg! McLean is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and McLean manages to kick Pannucio off! Pannucio jumps back into McLean's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McLean is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McLean avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Pannucio controls from within his opponent's guard.
McLean tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
McLean controls Pannucio momentarily but Pannucio frees himself.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Alistar McLean just wasn't active enough.
Pannucio closes the distance and pushes McLean back into the cage.
McLean is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Pannucio is keeping busy.
Maybe McLean would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much.
Pannucio goes for a takedown in the clinch but McLean prevents it.
Pannucio is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
A frustrated look appears on McLean's face as he tries to break the clinch.
McLean is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Pannucio wants the takedown. McLean is fighting it off but Pannucio persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in McLean's guard against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Pannucio wants to control from the top but McLean keeps moving.
McLean on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McLean tries to get out of the position.
McLean controls Pannucio momentarily but Pannucio frees himself.
McLean keeping moving, preventing Pannucio from controlling successfully.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Giovanni Pannucio.
Pannucio fails with a takedown attempt.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
McLean is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pannucio sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Pannucio uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McLean.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A head kick from Pannucio lands but McLean takes it in his stride.
It looks like Alistar McLean has been cut.
Pannucio gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Pannucio jumps guard and drags McLean to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
McLean wanted to stand there but Pannucio had control of the position.
McLean won't allow Pannucio to get back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McLean passes into half guard.
Pannucio on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Pannucio is staying active underneath McLean, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Pannucio has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Pannucio has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. McLean is working away from the top position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
McLean misses with an uppercut
so Pannucio counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
McLean is rocked!
Pannucio is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Oh McLean is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pannucio arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! McLean's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Giovanni Pannucio!
The defeated Alistar McLean had this to say: 'What a f***ing joke, go on and hype yourself now that you stole my victory. Be happy for yourself for now, but rest assured that I'll test your skills somewhere where judge won't be defending your sorry ass.'.
