The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaeger ducks under a wild hook from Kuiper.

Sloppy strikes from Kuiper. Those never looked like landing.
Jaeger fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Jaeger looks to land a right hand but Kuiper moved out of range.
Kuiper's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jaeger under the eye.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters circling - Jaeger throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Jaeger scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Kuiper lands a head kick. Jaeger smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Nice straight punches there by Kuiper. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Kuiper.
Kuiper lands a big head kick that sends Jaeger to the canvas! Kuiper follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

A relieved looking Sam Kuiper thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
