The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brimlock tries to clinch but Dacoycoy moves away

and Dacoycoy moves into the clinch.
Brimlock prevents the takedown attempt.
Brimlock pressing his opponent against the ropes.

Brimlock tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Dacoycoy avoids it.
Dacoycoy wants to take the fight to the mat but Brimlock manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Brimlock tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Dacoycoy avoids it.
Dacoycoy drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Brimlock gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Brimlock is looking to control Dacoycoy's arms but Dacoycoy gets an underhook and turns him. Now Brimlock has his back to the ropes.
Dacoycoy wants a takedown but no success here.
Dacoycoy goes for a takedown attempt but Brimlock pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Brimlock misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Dacoycoy.

Dacoycoy turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Dacoycoy manages to end up in side control.
Dacoycoy happy to just control the position for now.
Dacoycoy's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Dacoycoy has an Americana. Brimlock didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Dacoycoy is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Dacoycoy hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
