Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Timur Sentuerk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sentuerk has a takedown stuffed.

Sentuerk drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Gracie gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Sentuerk knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.
Gracie tries to roll over but Sentuerk keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gracie is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Sentuerk pulls his head out easily.
Sentuerk perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Gracie moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Sentuerk stands and throws Gracie's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Gracie tries to bench press Sentuerk off him but Sentuerk keeps the position.
Sentuerk controlling from side mount.
Sentuerk is looking to take a break and control but Gracie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Gracie manages to work his way to half guard, despite Sentuerk's best efforts.

Sentuerk prevents Gracie from improving his position.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Gracie is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Sentuerk scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Sentuerk is controlling the pace.
Gracie tries to roll over but Sentuerk keeps him under control.
Gracie is refusing to be controlled, as Sentuerk sits in half guard.
Sentuerk content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Gracie is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sentuerk's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sentuerk's back!

Gracie is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Sentuerk knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Sentuerk for a finish.
Gracie looks gassed!

Sentuerk is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Gracie gets his way!
Gracie doesn't have the hooks in and Sentuerk manages to turn into his guard.

Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sentuerk can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Sentuerk is in close to Gracie's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Gracie looking for a guillotine here but Sentuerk defends easily.
Gracie tries to land a sweep but no joy.

A close round but Royce Gracie will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sentuerk throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Sentuerk shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gracie pinned against the cage. Gracie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sentuerk shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gracie as he jumps to the side.
Gracie throws a right and a left that Sentuerk avoids nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie shoots in but Sentuerk avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Sentuerk shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sentuerk showed some decent athleticism there.

Gracie tries to roll over but Sentuerk keeps him under control.
Still in half guard, Sentuerk seems content to control.
Sentuerk takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Gracie gets back to full guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sentuerk is sitting in close to Gracie's body. Gracie has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Sentuerk is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Sentuerk is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Gracie.
