Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Durant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milo Talon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kevin Durant!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Milo Talon!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Talon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Durant.
Talon takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Talon looks to clinch
and Durant counters with a straight right hand.
A good leg kick by Talon.
Talon tries to clinch but Durant moves out of range.

Talon clinches up with Durant and pushes him back against the cage.
Talon tries to land a knee to the head but Durant blocks with his arms.
Talon keeps control of Durant as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Talon landing knees to the head.
Durant takes a knee right on the jaw!
Durant lands a nice shot to the body.
Durant working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Talon is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Durant is defending well for now.
Durant tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Durant blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Durant tries to pull guard but Talon won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Durant. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Durant drops down looking for an ankle pick but Talon pulls his leg out and moves away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Durant circles away from the clinch attempt

and Durant moves into the clinch.
Talon comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Talon lands a damaging elbow.
With the fighters up against the cage, Durant throws an elbow but misses.

Talon lands a nice elbow.
Durant really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Talon prevents a body shot from Durant.
Talon tries a knee to the head but Durant blocks it.

Durant is trying to trip Talon. He has hold of a leg but Talon is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Durant persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Talon utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Talon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Durant. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Durant lands a couple of elbows.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Durant in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Durant throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Talon works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Durant wants to control from the top but Talon keeps moving.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Durant works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Durant seems to be working for a kimura but Talon defends the submission attempt.
Durant will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Durant is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Talon sees it coming and defends easily.
Durant with the ground and pound but Talon uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Talon keeping full guard, as Durant tries to pass.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Durant trying to control the position from guard on top but Talon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Durant has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Durant postures up in Talon's guard and throws a big left but Talon blocks it.
Durant is looking to work some ground and pound but Talon has wrist control.
Durant trying to control but Talon is working from the bottom.
Durant wants to pass the guard but Talon is keeping the position.
Durant missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Durant is looking to work some ground and pound but Talon has wrist control.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Talon keeping moving, preventing Durant from controlling successfully.

Talon looking for a sweep. Not yet Talon, not yet.
Durant advances position into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Durant cracks Talon with a big elbow.
Durant postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
You can see the frustration on Talon's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Durant looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Talon is avoiding damage well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kevin Durant dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Talon tries to clinch but Durant is having none of it.
Talon doesn't manage to clinch there - Durant circles away.
Durant scores with a shot to the body.
Talon throws a head kick but Durant moves out of range.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Durant is defended easily by Talon.
Durant fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Talon on the side of the head.
Durant fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Talon avoids it really well and circles away.
Durant missing with a left hand there. Talon was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Durant ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Talon moves away.
A low kick from Durant misses

and Talon counters with a head kick that drops Durant to the mat! Durant scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!


Durant is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Talon has taken the fight to the clinch.
Oh Durant is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Talon landing knees to the body.
Talon content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Talon lands a big knee to the head and Durant goes down! Talon pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Milo Talon!
After winning the bout, Milo Talon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
