Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
brown shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

brown clinches up with Tsitas and pushes him back against the cage.
brown with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

It looks like Georgios Tsitas has been cut.

Tsitas closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming brown to the mat! brown manages to get full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tsitas lands a couple of digs.

Tsitas goes for a takedown in the clinch but brown prevents it.
Tsitas drops to a knee looking for a takedown but brown gets the underhooks and prevents it.
buster brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Georgios Tsitas.
The is referee keeping an eye on brown - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Tsitas goes for a takedown attempt but brown pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
brown wants to clinch.
Tsitas closes the distance and clinches up with brown, looking for a takedown. Tsitas pushes brown against the cage but brown circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
brown tries to clinch up but Tsitas circles away and keeps his distance.

Tsitas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has brown pinned against the cage. brown gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

brown stuffs the takedown attempt from Tsitas. Tsitas gets slowly back to his feet.
brown moves in looking to clinch but Tsitas pushes him off.

Tsitas fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

brown throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Tsitas stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. brown follows into mount!
Tsitas is looking to improve his position but brown isn't that keen on the idea.

brown cracks Tsitas with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Tsitas has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

brown seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tsitas is breathing heavily.

brown stands up and beckons Tsitas to join him on the feet.
brown tries to close the distance and clinch but Tsitas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
