Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batista misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Olhoffer takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Batista throws a nice looking combination but Olhoffer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A right-left combo lands from Batista.

It looks like Ray Olhoffer has been cut.

Olhoffer lands with a straight right. Batista didn't see that one coming.
Batista closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Batista looks to land a combination but Olhoffer avoids it well.
Batista comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Olhoffer lands with a nice body punch.
Olhoffer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Batista takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

A decent looking cross lands there for Olhoffer.

Olhoffer lands a big right hand that sends Batista crashing to the mat! Olhoffer stays standing though and waves Batista back to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Batista scores with a sloppy right hand. Olhoffer should have avoided that one.

Batista throws an overhand right that lands on Olhoffer's shoulder, as Olhoffer tries to avoid the shot.
Olhoffer looks to land a left hand but Batista moved out of range nicely.

Olhoffer dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Batista is breathing heavily.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Olhoffer! Batista is backing up but he can't get away as Olhoffer lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Batista and ends the fight. Great knockout.
