Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Jamison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jamison's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bangarang. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamison lands the left hand.
West misses with an attempted mid kick.
Jamison shoots in but West avoids the takedown attempt easily.

West works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
West keeps the fight on the outside.

Jamison goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

West thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Jamison if he has to take too many more of those.

West connects with a leg kick. Jamison looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
West lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jamison circles away quickly and effectively.

West drops back, looking for a kneebar! Jamison looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jamison looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jamison!

West is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
West wants to improve his position but Jamison is controlling well.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
West makes his way to full guard. A much better position for West.
West pulls Jamison in close to prevent any damage.

West is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jamison defends well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

West is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A close round but Randy West will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

West fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jamison looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
West misses the shot to the body.
Jamison lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but West circles away quickly and effectively.
Jamison ducks down and throws a hook to the body but West moves away.
West connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
West takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
West connects with the punch.
Jamison misses with a wild body shot.
West misses with an uppercut. Jamison saw that one coming.
Jamison walks into a jab.
Donk. West catches Jamison right on the button with a cross.
Jonny Jamison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jamison fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
West swats away the attempt to clinch by Jamison.
West lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Jamison throws an overhand right that lands on West's shoulder, as West tries to avoid the shot.
Jamison walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

West stuffs the takedown attempt from Jamison. Jamison gets slowly back to his feet.

Randy West seems to be getting the better of the standup.
West avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

and West counters with a huge left! Jamison is in big trouble! He's backing up but West isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Jamison from any more damage. A dominating finish by West!
