Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse James Jobber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jobber has chosen WANTED D.O.A. as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jesse James Jobber!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jobber blocks a jab.
Jobber connects with a right hand. Henderson shakes it off.

Henderson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Henderson stands up.
Henderson misses with a head kick.
Henderson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Jobber wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Jobber fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Henderson misses with a double jab

and Jobber counters by moving into the clinch.

Jobber breaks the clinch.

Henderson drives through with a takedown into Jobber's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Henderson tries to stand but Jobber is controlling from the bottom.
Henderson stops Jobber from standing up.

Henderson stands up and waves to Jobber to follow him.
Jobber tries a head kick but it misses.

Henderson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Henderson lands in his opponent's guard.

Henderson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Henderson misses with a takedown attempt - Jobber sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jeremy Henderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Henderson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Henderson steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Jobber. That one must have hurt.
Henderson swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Jobber takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Jab, jab by Henderson - just one landing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jobber scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Jobber tries to clinch there but Henderson circles away.
Henderson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jobber defends well and Henderson ends up having to push Jobber into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Henderson can't break the clinch.
Jobber is leaning against Henderson and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Jobber escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Henderson goes for a double leg but Jobber avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jobber continues to drive forward.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeremy Henderson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jobber throws a hook but Henderson avoids it easily.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Jobber, right into the meat.
Henderson throws a hook to the side of Jobber's head but Jobber sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Henderson thows a body shot but no joy.
A jab from Jobber misses.
Jobber thuds his shin into the meat of Henderson's side.
Henderson tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jobber is able to avoid easily.
Henderson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jobber defends it nicely.
Henderson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Jobber feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hendersons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Jobber scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Jobber cracks the inside of Henderson's front leg.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Henderson is breathing heavily.
Henderson lands with a right to the head.

Henderson fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Jobber lands an elbow just above Henderson 's eye.
Henderson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jobber has him pressed against the cage.

Jobber's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Henderson takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Henderson avoids the body shot from Jobber.
Jobber throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Henderson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Henderson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jobber is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Henderson rather than just go for the knockout.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Henderson missing with a left hand there. Jobber was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Whack! Jobber lands a heavy head kick that drops Henderson. The ref tackles Jobber to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Henderson was done.
