Welch circles away from the clinch attempt.
Welch fails in his attempt to clinch.
Welch tries to clinch up but Evans circles away and keeps his distance.

Evans pushes Welch up against the cage in a clinch.
Evans is trying to push Welch away but Welch has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Welch throws a punch but it's blocked by Evans.

Evans is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Evans wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
