The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders goes for a double leg but Americano Do Brasil avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Americano Do Brasil continues to drive forward.

Sanders has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Americano Do Brasil is trying to keep an underhook but Sanders manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Sanders is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sanders works his foot free and advances to mount.

Sanders is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Americano Do Brasil to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Americano Do Brasil shrugs it off.
Americano Do Brasil tries to hold on but Sanders postures up.

Sanders looking for a guillotine from mount but Americano Do Brasil is having none of it.
Americano Do Brasil really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sanders. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sanders has got one arm under Americano Do Brasil's chin. This could be trouble... Americano Do Brasil trying to control the other hand but Sanders gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Americano Do Brasil has tapped out! The fight is over!
