Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Simon Stroef!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lawrance Gerltz!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gerltz throws a sloppy head kick and Stroef moves out of range easily.
Gerltz throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gerltz drives through and clinches with Stroef against the cage.
I was talking to Stroef's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Gerltz lands a nice shot to the body.
Gerltz tries a body shot but Stroef blocks it.
Stroef takes an elbow to the temple.
It looks like Simon Stroef has been cut.
Gerltz told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Gerltz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gerltz bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Gerltz dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Stroef. That did some damage!
Decent striking displayed by Gerltz there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gerltz throws a series of punches but Stroef avoids them all with ease.
Stroef fails to land with a series of punches.
Gerltz clobbers Stroef with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Stroef avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Gerltz thows a body shot but no joy.
Gerltz is looking to land body kicks.
Gerltz moves in looking to clinch but Stroef pushes him off.
Gerltz thuds his right hand into Stroef's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Gerltz scores with a leg kick.
Gerltz throws a series of punches but Stroef moves out of range.
Stroef slips under a jab from Gerltz.
Gerltz drops Stroef with a beautiful combination! Stroef stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gerltz is looking for the KO!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gerltz pounces like a tiger and cracks Stroef with a vicious hook! Stroef is down but not out! Gerltz follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Lawrance Gerltz!
Lawrance Gerltz very nearly forgot to thank Namunamu Clothing amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
