The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Green tries for a takedown but Walker sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Walker throws a sloppy head kick and Green moves out of range easily.
Green shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Walker pinned against the cage. Walker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Green tries to clinch there but Walker circles away.
Dexter Green seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Green stalks Walker and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Walker's face. Walker staggers backwards, shaken.

Walker postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Green is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Walker, into his guard.

Green really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Walker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Don Walker.
