Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jorma Kultane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Maverick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kultane closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Maverick got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kultane has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Maverick has managed to get both his arms back between Kultane's legs - danger averted.

Kultane throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Maverick's waist but Maverick gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kultane off to one side.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Maverick enables Kultane to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Maverick manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
