The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Goshi pinned against the cage. Goshi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Anderson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Goshi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Anderson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Goshi throws a head kick but Anderson moves out of range.
Goshi tries to bum rush Anderson with a series of wild strikes but Anderson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Goshi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hane Goshi.
