Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimbob Bojangles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stromek Comatan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Comatan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Bojangles takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Oooooh!!! Comatan has knocked Bojangles down with a huge combo! Comatan steps away and waves a wobbly Bojangles back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Comatan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bojangles dives in and grabs Comatan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Comatan pushes down on Bojangles's head and hops out.
Bojangles lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Comatan circles away quickly and effectively.
Bojangles avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bojangles shoots for a takedown but Comatan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Bojangles dives in and grabs Comatan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Comatan pushes down on Bojangles's head and hops out.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Bojangles. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Comatan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Bojangles shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Comatan eats them both and turns towards Bojangles to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Comatan lands a glancing blow to the side of Bojangles's head.

and Comatan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Oh Bojangles is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bojangles fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Comatan closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Bojangles! Comatan dives in looking to finish! Bojangles is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
