Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Loblaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Manibusan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Loblaw kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bob Loblaw Song. Bryan Manibusan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loblaw shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Manibusan pinned against the cage. Manibusan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Manibusan moves into range and connects with a jab.
Loblaw fails to land the takedown.
Manibusan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Loblaw closes the distance and clinches up with Manibusan, looking for a takedown. Loblaw pushes Manibusan against the cage but Manibusan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bob Loblaw. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Manibusan scores with a hook to the body. Loblaw takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Loblaw darts in looking for a takedown but Manibusan gets double underhooks and turns Loblaw into the cage.
Loblaw tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Loblaw breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Manibusan counters with a nice body shot.
Loblaw shoots in for a double leg but Manibusan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Loblaw seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Loblaw lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Loblaw lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Manibusan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Manibusan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Manibusan digs a right hand underneath Loblaw's ribcage. Loblaw let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Manibusan has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile.

Manibusan pushes Loblaw against the cage. Manibusan is working some dirty boxing. Manibusan pushes off with a quick right hook! Loblaw goes down! Loblaw tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Manibusan moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
